Our offices sit in south Modesto, but we write policies throughout the region — and most of what we do can be handled by phone if driving over isn’t convenient. We regularly serve families and businesses in Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Salida, Riverbank, Empire, Keyes, Patterson, Newman, Hughson, Waterford, Oakdale, and Escalon, along with the surrounding unincorporated parts of Stanislaus County.

Living outside Modesto doesn’t change anything about the service. Quotes, applications, certificates of insurance, and claims can all be handled over the phone, and documents can go back and forth electronically. The one thing worth driving in for is a first sit-down conversation about complicated coverage — commercial or life insurance especially — where being across a desk from someone genuinely helps.

Visiting our offices

Do I need an appointment?

Not at 1404 or 1511 Crows Landing Road — walk in any time during business hours. Our 1337 Crows Landing Suite E office is appointment-only, so call first for that one. Even where walk-ins are welcome, a quick call ahead means we can have your file pulled and ready.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. Both 1404 and 1511 are open Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and 1404 Crows Landing is also open Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Weekend availability is one of the main reasons people choose us over agencies that close Friday afternoon and don’t reopen until Monday.

Which office should I go to?

Whichever is closest or fits your schedule — all three handle the same business and share the same phone number and client records. Choose 1404 for Sunday hours, 1511 if you need the latest weekday closing at 6:30 PM, or 1337 by appointment when you want unhurried time for a complex policy review.

What should I bring?

For a quote, bring your current declarations page if you have one, plus driver’s license and vehicle info for auto, or your address and roof age for a home. For business coverage, bring any contract insurance requirements. For a notarization, bring the unsigned document and a valid photo ID. Missing something? Come anyway — we’ll work with what you have.

Do I have to come in at all?

No. Quotes, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and claims can all be handled by phone, and documents can be sent electronically. Plenty of our clients have never set foot in an office. The door is there when you want it — that’s the point.
